That the is the truth at the heart of my approach to coaching. And since you are here, you will have at least a feeling sense that this might be true for you, too.

If there is any way for me to help you, please never hesitate to get in touch with me. It does not matter what the challenge is – whether it is in your relationship with a partner or family, or difficulties at the work place, or inner blockages of any kind, or an implant you have become aware of, or karma that is activating, or an inquiry into the reason you are here and what you mission might be. I am here to hold the space for you and guide you in the process of inner inquiry.
That is the Openhand approach to spiritual coaching – that is facilitation.
Facilitation of what? Of the revelation of the authentic you and the evolution of soul.
Facilitation is a form of spiritual coaching, yes, however you are not required to consider yourself spiritual at all. If that does not resonate, no worries. All truths are accepted. All I ask is that you have an open mind and a willingness to take responsibility for yourself and your own journey.
So in that, facilitation could be considered a form of holistic life coaching.
Whatever it is that presents in your life, as long as you are ready to do the work, I am here to help you and support you (and cheer you on the entire time, because doing this kind of work? Is hard and challenging, is amazing and beautiful, and actually is to the highest benefit of all life).
What does facilitation, as spiritual coaching or holistic life coaching, look like?
Facilitation opens a safe and protected space for you to explore and work through whatever presents in your life. It is a connectin of soul to soul and flows from this higher state of perception. On the plane of the body-mind, it is a a unique mix of meditation, coaching, intuitive guidance, and empathic questioning. For to find the answers to what presents in your life, what challenges or blocks you - we first must find the right question.

times & fees
There are no set times for sessions, we will agree on these together. I am currently on British Summer Time, but entirely flexible. So even if you're in New Zealand or New Mexico, that shouldn't be a problem; I can work around time zones.
Each session is about 90 minutes, usually beginning with a short meditation to relax, settle, and tune into what is wanting to be worked with.
Sessions happen via zoom, which I am sure by now everyone knows. If not, don't worry - all you'll need to do is follow the link I'll send to you. Works on smartphones, too, if less well than on a computer.
I am currently offering several options for working with me:
Single session = 75.00 €
Bundle of three sessions = 198.00 €
Bundle of five sessions = 325.00 €
Bundle sessions can be booked one per month or several per month; payment can be done monthly or all in one.
Please note: If you cannot afford any of the above but would like to work with me, there are pricing options available for people with low/no income and students. Please contact me directly to inquire about those.

I wanted to write and say thank you for the session on Monday. I have been waiting to email you as I wanted to give our session time to integrate as much as I could this week during deep meditation so I could give you more precise feedback on changes realised following our time.
I'm not quite sure where the 90 minutes of time went but I took on board your comments and recommedations and have been working hard this week to follow your suggestions and they are working. Previously during meditation I have been enjoying the higher chakras and above which, although a beautiful place I love to stay in, it leads me to feeling ungrounded during and sometimes after meditation.
Your suggestions for the lower chakras is working so much so that yesterday during meditation I was fully connected and breathing with the earth, there is intense activity in my lower body, warmth and vibration. There is a slight movement in my face linked to the lower chakra so I know there is work still there to do and perhaps now is the time to address it rather than avoid!
During meditation it was too tempting early on not to enjoy the upper realms but I now have a way of bringing myself back safely and more balanced and the movement of the body to move the energy around the body has such benefit.
